Pansy is Dr. Habermann's daughter's cat and also a blood donor. She is possibly the most loving cat in existence. Most clients have never seen her, as she rarely goes up front to the lobby. She enjoys sleeping and playing with lint roller sheets.

Phoenix is Dr. Habermann's Moluccan cockatoo. His hatch day is April 30, 2010 and his favorite activities are screaming, flapping around in the aviary, and destroying his toys.
